Meet your Case Manager:
Your Personal Guide through the Process
When you have been charged with a crime, your
defense is the most important part of your life,
and you should demand the best service possible.
When you call us at Johnson Law Group, we take
immediate action. Our first step is to assign
you a Case Manager as your personal guide through
the process. Your Case Manager will immediately
conduct a background interview to make sure we
have all the information necessary to defend you.
Next, they will explain what steps you need to
take in order to prepare for your defense. Whether
the issue is bail, terms of release or other issues,
your Case Manager will be able to explain the
entire process to you and prepare you for what
is to come. Your Case Manager is the beginning
of your aggressive criminal defense.
You can be assured that your Case Manager has
extensive experience in criminal law. They hold
industry certifications in areas such as criminal
interrogations, criminal investigations, polygraph
examinations, narcotics investigations and undercover
work. They have experience in military intelligence
and military policing. They have been either police
officers or private investigators. They have worked
for the state and for private law firms. Our Case
Managers don’t just have jobs in criminal justice
– criminal justice is their life. Whatever your
situation, they have seen it before. They know
how the prosecution works, and they know how to
apply their knowledge to help your defense. You
cannot have a better, more qualified guide during
this trying time in your life.
Your Personal Link to Your Attorney
Your Case Manager is also a 24 hour per day,
7 day per week link to your attorney. They will
be available at all times to handle communication
of vital information to you and to your attorney.
This communication structure allows you to have
full access to a criminal justice professional
completely familiar with your case. It also means
both you and your attorney will always be fully
informed about critical developments. It allows
your attorney to devote 100% of his or her time
and energy to do what you hired him or her to
do – defend you.
If you have been charged with or accused of a
crime, do not trust your case to someone who sometimes
handles some criminal cases. Trust your case to
people whose life is dedicated to criminal justice.
